Due to the perishable nature of our fermented products, we cannot accept physical returns; however, we are committed to your satisfaction and will provide a refund or replacement if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please check your package for any leakage, broken seals, or missing items immediately to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
- 2.Document Issues
If you notice a problem, take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box, as these are required for us to process your claim with the carrier.
- 3.Contact Fermentation Experts
Email our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the photos of the affected items to initiate a resolution.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once reviewed, we will issue a store credit, process a full refund to your original payment method, or ship a fresh replacement at no additional cost to you.
